Monthly salary: 250,000 yen and up
Trial period of 3 months: basic allowance and commuting allowance only
◎Participation allowance
└No absences: 15,000 yen
└One absence from work: 7,500 yen
◎Transportation allowance (up to 15,000 yen per month)
