Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Part-time bread production】

Specifically...
- Kneading dough
- Cutting and measuring
- Rolling out the dough
- Fermentation and baking
- Kiln setting & catching (placing on shelves to cool)
- Bagging, etc.

We will start with simple tasks such as rounding and bagging.

Don't worry about difficult tasks such as temperature adjustment.
temperature control and other difficult tasks will be done by our employees.

Once you get used to it...
- Material control
- Process control
- Bread delivery
- Sales management, etc.


【Full-time employees】
In addition to the above duties, you will also be responsible for inventory control, ordering of materials, and sales operations.

【Part-time employee】
Hourly wage for day shift: 1,200 yen ~.

Hourly wage for night shift: 1,500 yen ~ (22:00 - 5:00)


【Full-time employee】
Monthly salary: 304,593 yen〜362,122 yen (based on working 35 hours of overtime and 123 hours of late-night hours)

(Example)In the case of a base salary of ¥210,000 and 21 days of scheduled work per month
- Uniform changing allowance: 2,562 yen
- Late-night shift: 37,986 yen (for 123 hours)
- Overtime allowance: 54,045 yen (for 35 hours)
Total: 304,593 yen


(Example) In the case of a base salary of 250,000 yen and 21 days of scheduled work per month
- Uniform changing allowance: 2,562 yen
- Late-night shift: 45,221 yen (for 123 hours)
- Overtime allowance: 64,339 yen (for 35 hours)
