▼Job Responsibilities
As an esthetician, I am in charge of body and facial treatments and general salon operations. We carefully provide esthetic courses and home care advice in order to realize our customers' desire to be beautiful and lose weight.
▼Salary
Full-time employee (after 6 months of employment)
Monthly salary: 239,427 yen and up (base salary + various allowances)
(Base salary 178,139 yen + deemed overtime allowance 43,395 yen (for 33 hours) + deemed late night allowance 2,893 yen (for 11 hours) + additional deemed overtime allowance 15,000 yen (for 11 hours))
Fixed-term contract employee (from entry to 6 months)
Monthly salary: 20,7069 yen and up (
(Base salary: 178139 yen + deemed overtime allowance of 28930 yen (for 22 hours))
▼Contract Period
The first six full months of employment will be a fixed-term contract period.
There is a limit to contract renewal (total contract period is up to 1 year).
After the fixed-term employment period, the employee will be converted to a permanent, non-tenured employee based on an evaluation of his/her work attitude and successful completion of an examination.

Paid vacations: 10 days in the first year (thereafter granted in accordance with the Labor Standards Law) *Planning of paid holidays is available
