▼Job Responsibilities
Nursing Assistant
This is a nursing assistant job working in a hospital. We help to make your stay in the hospital more comfortable.
- They clean the wards and clean the beds.
- They help patients to take a bath, go to the toilet, and eat.
- They also assist nurses in other ways.
▼Salary
Salary details are as follows
Full-time regular employee
- Basic salary (monthly salary): from 205,000 yen
- Night shift allowance: 8,000 yen per shift
- Base salary evaluation fee allowance: up to 13,000 yen/month
*Limited to the period during which the relevant medical fee is calculated until April 2026.
- Transportation allowance: actual expenses paid (maximum 30,000 yen/month)
- Childcare allowance: 10,000 yen for the first child, 5,000 yen for the second and subsequent children (preschoolers)
- Ward allowance: 5,000 yen (depending on the ward to which the patient is assigned)
- Bonus: Twice a year (3 months in the previous year)
Salary model (3 night shifts)
- Base salary 192,000 yen + night shift 8,000 yen x 3 + base-up evaluation fee allowance 13,000 yen = 229,000 yen/month
