[Hotel Front Desk Work]
We assist our guests with a smile, making their stay at the hotel comfortable.
- We handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- We attend to online reservations made by our guests.
- We respond diligently to inquiries from guests.
- We introduce tourist spots around the hotel.
[Restaurant Work]
Our job is to deliver delicious food and provide our guests with a wonderful time.
- We replenish the buffet dishes.
- We take orders for food and serve it at the guests' tables.
- We handle the cleaning up of dishes after meals.
Even without experience, it is an environment where you can learn customer service skills from scratch. For those who love to make guests happy, it is a very rewarding job.

- Annual income is 2,600,000 to 2,900,000 yen.
- Monthly income includes overtime pay for 10 hours regardless of whether overtime work exists or not (15,235 yen).
- Monthly salary in South Kanto (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama) starts from 220,000 yen.
- Monthly salary in the Tokai & Kansai regions (Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka, Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Nara, Shiga, Wakayama) starts from 210,000 yen.
- In other areas, the monthly salary is between 190,000 to 200,000 yen.
- Bonuses are paid in August and January, totaling 1.50 months’ worth (based on last year's performance).
- Salary increases are in April and October, with an increase rate of 2.59% per month (based on last year's performance).
- Up to 50,000 yen per month for transportation costs is provided (in many cases, it is fully covered).
