Hospitality Staff (Omotenashi-Gakari)
You'll help international guests have a great time at our Japanese restaurant. This involves:
Guiding customers who come as part of a tour.
Explaining how to cook and eat delicious Japanese food.
Acting as an interpreter** between customers and restaurant staff.
Inbound Support
You'll welcome international guests and provide various support to ensure their comfort. This includes:
Guiding and assisting tour groups from overseas within the restaurant.
Providing detailed explanations about Japanese food culture and service.
In both positions, you'll have the chance to use your language skills and improve your communication abilities while working in an international environment. You'll also gain valuable experience by collaborating with a friendly team.
▼Salary
The base salary is 190,000 yen per month. A fixed overtime allowance of 62,000 yen is also provided, covering 30 hours of overtime. Bonuses are paid twice a year, in August and December. Salaries are paid monthly on the 10th of the following month via bank transfer.

Working Hours: This is an 8-hour shift system between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Break Time: You'll have a 1-hour break.
Minimum Working Hours: 8 hours

Overtime averages 30 hours per month. A fixed overtime allowance of 62,000 yen is provided, which covers these 30 hours of overtime.

The probationary period is 3 months, with no changes to the terms.
