Service Manager:
Delivering excitement to our customers
Showing guests to their tables and providing hospitality
Taking orders and serving food at the table
Store Management
Cooking:
Purchasing, preparation, and management of foodstuffs
Staff training and management
Menu development
General cooking operations
▼Salary
Details regarding salary are as follows
- Monthly salary ranges from 260,000 yen to 450,000 yen, with experienced employees receiving additional benefits.
- The average monthly salary for employees within the first two years of employment is over 300,000 yen.
- Annual salary for the first year is expected to be 3.4 to 5 million yen.
- Salaries are revised twice a year, in July and January.
- Bonuses are paid twice a year, in June and December.
- Overtime allowance, full transportation allowance, and position allowance are provided.
