▼Job Responsibilities
【Western Cuisine Culinary Supervisor】
This job is to serve delicious Western-style meals at the "dining room" in the ryokan, utilizing fresh local ingredients.
- At the breakfast buffet, cook galette using local rice flour.
- Serving beef, pork, and chicken steaks at lunch time
- At dinner, cook teppan-yaki beef filet and abalone
- In the main kitchen, prepared Western-style dishes for Japanese and Western-style kaiseki meals, desserts, and children's lunches
- Designs and directs the cooking of course meals for wedding receptions
▼Salary
Base salary: 191,000 yen/month
Position allowance: 37,000 yen to 190,000 yen
(Example of monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 500,000 yen)
A fixed overtime allowance of 72,000 yen to 119,000 yen for 43 hours of overtime work is paid, but is not included in the base salary.
Payment is made at the end of the month and on the 15th of the following month.
Salary increase is possible (result of the previous year：3,000 yen ～ 10,000 yen per month).
Bonuses are paid twice a year (results for the previous year：100,000 yen ～600,000 yen)
A monthly commuting allowance of 30,000 yen is provided.
