▼Job Responsibilities
【Building Surveying Assistant Staff】
This job is to assist in the "marking of standards" necessary for building construction at construction sites.
- Performs work to hold down the threads.
- Plays the role of supporting the measuring tape.
- Sweeps the area to be marked with a broom to ensure cleanliness.
Since this work is done in pairs, you'll work with a senior. There is no heavy lifting involved, you'll be working using your mind, so please feel free to apply.

Daily wage: 11,000 yen and up
【Allowance】
- Commuting allowance (actual expenses paid)
- Overtime allowance (paid in hourly increments)
【Salary increase】
As needed
【Example of monthly income】
Monthly income: 338,000 yen (4 years with the company/No experience/13,000 yen per day)
【Example of annual income】
3.5 million yen per year (2 years of experience as a building surveying staff)

8:00-17:00
【Break time】
2 hours (morning: 30 minutes, lunch: 1 hour, afternoon: 30 minutes)
