▼Job Responsibilities
[Metal Welding and Sheet Metal Fabrication Staff]
This job involves cutting and bending sheet metal to create various shapes.
- We cut steel plates using specialized machinery.
- The cut steel plates are bent or shaped using a different machine.
- The finished parts are welded together.
- We apply a coat of paint to the finished parts to complete them.
▼Salary
Base Salary: 180,000–320,000 yen
- Housing allowance: 30,000 yen to 60,000 yen
- Overtime pay: Paid separately
- Family Allowance:
If a spouse’s annual income is 1.03 million yen or less, 10,000 yen will be paid, plus 5,000 yen for each child under the age of 18.
- Management Allowance: 5,000–70,000 yen (based on ability)
- Commuting expenses: Up to 30,000 yen
- Bonuses: Twice a year
- Pay raises: Once a year
A retirement bonus is paid to employees who have been with the company for two years or more.
Overtime is about 10 hours per month, though it may increase to about 30 hours per month during peak seasons.
