Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will work at a facility where elderly individuals with dementia live together in a small group. The job involves providing support for daily activities and offering emotional care to ensure the residents feel secure. It’s important to have a willingness to learn about dementia and caregiving.
To slow the progression of dementia, you will share tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and other household chores, working together as a team. Please be mindful to respond to each resident's needs accordingly!
