Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in "care" after entering Japan under specific activities (EPA) is required. Japanese proficiency at the N3 level is necessary.

▼Job Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily activities such as meals, toileting, and bathing.
* Help with transferring to and from beds or wheelchairs, ensuring safe living.
* Plan and implement recreational activities to keep residents entertained.
* Provide personal care to residents, supporting a comfortable living environment.
* Perform cleaning and laundry duties within the facility to maintain a good living environment.
* Support residents with waking up and going to bed, ensuring they feel secure throughout the day.
* Conduct nighttime rounds and respond quickly in case of emergencies.
* Perform simple data entry tasks using computers or tablets.

② Practical Training Completion Annual Salary: 2,900,000 yen
③ Initial Training Completion Annual Salary: 2,900,000 yen
