Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
【Factory Work Staff】
This job involves manufacturing piping for air conditioning equipment needed in factories and buildings.
Using steel materials, you will make piping according to drawings.
If you have no experience, you will start by learning how to use and name tools and supporting the work of senior workers, and you will learn the job.
In the future, you will not only manufacture but also install piping and perform maintenance work.
*There will be 2-3 business trips a year for 1 month to 6 months. Those who are able to travel on business are welcome! (Able to go home on Saturdays and Sundays)
▼Salary
【Monthly Salary (for certified individuals / those with welding experience)】270,000 yen ～
Base salary 235,000 yen ~ + housing allowance 10,000 yen + field allowance 25,000 yen
【Monthly Salary（No experience）】240,000 yen ～
Base salary 205,000 yen ~ + housing allowance 10,000 yen + field allowance 25,000 yen
*During the business trip period, you will receive a monthly salary of more than 300,000 yen, including the following business trip allowance.
【Other allowances】
- Family allowance (number of dependents x 10,000 yen/child up to 18 years old)
- Business trip allowance (Business trips of less than one week or several months may occur. Depending on the duration, you will get a business trip allowance, a dinner allowance, and a laundry allowance)
＜Example of annual salary/ 2nd year with the company (25 years old, with welding experience)＞
Annual income 4 million yen... Monthly salary 270,000 yen + allowances + bonus twice a year (in the case of a householder with a driver's license and a spouse)
