▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】
You will be working at a nursing home with assisted living services, supporting residents' daily lives and providing a safe and comfortable environment.

Assist residents with meals, bathing, and toileting.

Provide daily life support with a focus on kindness and smiles.

Use tablets for recording care activities.

▼Salary
If you are qualified and have at least 3 years of experience in nursing care, you will receive at least 1,800 yen.
For those with experience but no qualifications or less than 3 years of experience, the rate is 1500 yen to 1700 yen and will be discussed with your employer.
We will offer you the highest possible hourly wage based on the details of your experience.
Transportation expenses will be paid separately in full, and overtime will be paid on a per-minute basis.

▼Contract Period
You will first work for 2-3 months to see if you wish to renew your contract.
We welcome those who can work for a long term.
The length of the contract is negotiable.

Late Shift: 10:00–19:00
Night Shift: 17:00–10:00 (next day)
