▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】
At a fee-based nursing home with care services, you will support residents in their daily lives.

Assist residents with meals and bathing.

Maintain a comfortable living environment through cleaning and tidying.

Provide reassurance through communication with residents.

▼Salary
If you are qualified and have at least 3 years of experience in nursing care, you will receive at least 1,800 yen.
For those with experience but no qualifications or less than 3 years of experience, the rate is 1500 yen to 1700 yen and will be discussed with your employer.
We will offer you the highest possible hourly wage based on the details of your experience.
Transportation expenses will be paid separately in full, and overtime will be paid on a per-minute basis.

▼Contract Period
You will first work for 2-3 months to see if you wish to renew your contract.
We welcome those who can work for a long term.
The length of the contract is negotiable.

【Working Hours】
Early Shift: 7:00–16:00
Day Shift: 9:00–18:00
Late Shift: 10:00–19:00
Night Shift: 16:00–10:00 (next day)

【Break Time】
Day/Early/Late Shifts: 1 hour
Night Shift: 120 minutes

【Minimum Working Hours】
8 hours

【Minimum Working Days】
3 days
