▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】
Provide compassionate and reassuring care to residents.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily activities.

Helping with meals, bathing, and toileting.

Monitoring residents’ health and supporting their overall well-being.

Assisting in planning and running recreational activities within the facility.

▼Salary
If you are qualified and have at least 3 years of experience in nursing care, you will receive at least 1,800 yen.
For those with experience but no qualifications or less than 3 years of experience, the rate is 1500 yen to 1700 yen and will be discussed with your employer.
We will offer you the highest possible hourly wage based on the details of your experience.
Transportation expenses will be paid separately in full, and overtime will be paid on a per-minute basis.

▼Contract Period
You will first work for 2-3 months to see if you wish to renew your contract.
We welcome those who can work for a long term.
The length of the contract is negotiable.

【Working Hours】

Early Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Late Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 AM (next day)

【Break Time】
1 hour per shift

【Minimum Working Hours】
8 hours per day

【Minimum Working Days】
3 days per week
