▼Job Responsibilities
This job involves the refrigerated transportation of bananas and other fruit and vegetable products from distribution centers, which are our shipping bases, to the distribution centers of chain stores and fruit and vegetable markets in various regions.
Since we deliver mainly bananas, avocados, and other fruits and vegetables found in supermarkets every day, the amount of cargo is always stable, and you can work as a full-time employee for a long period of time with peace of mind!
The pallets are loaded by forklift and unloaded by pallet, or sorted by store or unloaded by cart depending on the destination.

If you do not have a forklift license, you will be required to obtain one after joining the company. (The fees will be covered by the company.)

▼Salary
Monthly salary:
Large license holder: 420,000 yen～
Middle-size license holder: 355,000 yen～

The above monthly salary includes 50 hours of fixed overtime pay.
During the probationary period, large-size license holder: 365,000 yen - medium-size license holder: 315,000 yen -
Bonus: Twice a year (actual results for FY2024)
Salary increase: Once a year (August)


In addition to the above monthly salary, those who are eligible will also receive an allowance!
- Family allowance (for dependent children under 22 years old, 10,000 yen for the first child and 8,000 yen for the second child will be added to the monthly salary)
- Position allowance (25,000 yen is added to the monthly salary for those who are assigned to the position of group leader)
- Long-distance travel allowance (2,500 yen x number of trips)
- Lodging allowance (2,000 yen x number of nights)

【Working Hours】
Prescribed working hours: 7 hours and 30 minutes (overtime may be required for some courses)

Example shifts are (1) 8:00 to 17:00, (2) 10:00 to 19:00, and (3) 13:00 to 22:00.

*The availability of overtime work depends on the day's shift, cargo volume, etc.
**Mainly work around noon.

Overtime is available depending on the course of work.
Average monthly overtime is 40 to 70 hours.

If the fixed overtime hours exceed 50 hours, it will be paid in increments of one minute.
