【Cooking Staff】
You can start from the basics of cooking and polish your skills step by step.
- You will prepare and cook meals, as well as plate them.

【Customer Service Staff】

- You will guide customers and take their orders.

▼Salary
The salary is based on a monthly pay system, with a basic salary starting from 210,000 yen. There are housing allowances available, with 5,000 yen for regular staff, 15,000 yen for assistant managers, and 30,000 yen for managers and head chefs. A fixed overtime pay is provided at 45,000 yen for 30 hours, and for experienced individuals, it becomes 70,000 yen for the same duration. Bonuses are paid twice a year, and salary increases are determined through presentation interviews conducted four times a year. Additionally, those who can work until 25:00 are eligible for housing allowance and provision of motorcycles/bicycles. Other benefits include marriage and childbirth congratulations, child-rearing and learning support programs, and meal assistance.

Shifts between 15:00 and 24:30 on Tuesdays through Thursdays, between 15:00 and 25:00 on Fridays and the day before national holidays, and between 15:00 and 24:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (8 hours per shift).

▼Overtime Details
On average, there are 20 to 30 hours of overtime work per month. A fixed 30 hours of overtime pay is included in the salary.

▼Holiday
With a complete two-day weekend system, you have 8 to 9 days of rest per month. You can choose the day of the week you prefer for your day off. Additionally, there are paid leave, summer vacation (4 to 5 days), year-end and New Year holidays (6 to 8 days), Golden Week holidays, maternity/paternity leave, special leave, and a system for taking leave on your child's birthday. Since the store itself may be closed for certain periods, it is easy to take extended leave.

The trial period is 3 to 6 months, and there are no changes in conditions during this period.
