▼Job Responsibilities
Initially, you'll handle customer service and simple food preparation at the restaurant.
Gradually learn the job, and eventually you can challenge yourself to become a core member of the team, taking on store management responsibilities!

- Customer service (guiding guests, taking orders)
- Serving food and clearing tables
- Simple food preparation assistance
- Preparing ingredients and placing orders
- Store cleaning and maintenance
- Supporting and training part-time staff

* Depending on your skills and desire, you can advance to store manager or team leader positions.

Salary: ¥310,800 ~

* Includes fixed overtime pay (40 hours / ¥82,500)
* Additional overtime paid separately

▼Working Days and Hours
Shift-based, 12:00 PM ~ 0:00 AM

* Break of 60 minutes or more, actual working hours: 8 hours
* Scheduled working hours per month: 176 hours

Shift examples:
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, etc.

Average of 20 ~ 40 hours per month

* Included in fixed overtime pay (excess hours paid separately)

9 days off per month (shift-based)

* Weekends off negotiable
* Paid leave (granted after 1 year of employment / minimum 5 days per year)
