【Head Chef Candidate】
As a head chef candidate, you will be in charge of preparing traditional Western-style menus at Ginza Swiss.
- You will make dishes such as curry, stew, croquettes, etc.
- You will perform prep work for the ingredients, readying them for cooking.
- You will arrange and present dishes, ensuring they are ready for serving
- You will clean dishes and cookware to maintain a clean environment
