[Store Manager / Store Manager Candidate]
You will be responsible for the operation and management of the store. There are specific job contents as below:
- You will serve customers in the hall and cook.
- You will be in charge of educating and instructing store staff.
- You will manage sales and ensure the store's profitability.

▼Salary
The monthly salary is from 300,000 yen to 700,000 yen. There are special allowances four times a year, ranging from 30,000 yen to 150,000 yen per time. In addition, there is a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours included, amounting to 79,920 yen. The salary is calculated at the end of each month and paid via bank transfer on the 20th of the following month. Additionally, there is an annual bonus based on the financial results and there are salary increases. A commuting allowance of up to 18,000 yen per month is provided, and overtime pay is also provided.
