▼Job Responsibilities
◇Care Worker
Provide physical support for clients, including assistance with toileting, transfers, and bathing.

◇Helper
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, household support, and accompanying clients to medical appointments, along with other related tasks.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of care services—from helping with meals, bathing, and toileting, to monitoring health conditions, organizing recreational activities, and preparing and evaluating care plans.

Helpers also play a key role in supporting clients to live independently. At times, you may provide emotional support to family members and guidance on caregiving skills.

If you’re new to this work, don’t worry! Senior staff will provide careful training and support so you can feel confident in your role.

No experience: ¥1,400 – ¥2,100 per hour
With experience: ¥1,600 – ¥2,400 per hour

Early shift: 07:00 – 15:30 (60-minute break)
Day shift: 08:30 – 17:00 (60-minute break)
Late shift: 11:30 – 20:00 (60-minute break)
