Part-time work alongside other jobs or working just one day a week is possible, allowing people with permanent residency in Japan, such as those semi-retired, to choose a work style suited to their circumstances. Consequently, AMS Security is a company with high staff retention, employing security personnel ranging from those who have been with the company since its founding 30 years ago to individuals in their 20s to 80s, representing a wide range of ages and nationalities.
While security work overseas may often involve dangerous tasks akin to police or military duties, traffic control security in Japan centers on communication—kindly guiding pedestrians and offering assistance.
This work embodies the qualities highly valued by the Japanese people: the politeness and kindness praised worldwide, along with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure safety. We highly recommend it for those who wish to "learn the Japanese spirit" or "gain a deeper understanding of the Japanese people." As a job where you receive gratitude from others, it offers value far beyond just the income.
