Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
General office work, receptionist

Would you like to work in the office of a luxury condominium managed by a five-star hotel? We will support the creation of a comfortable environment for residents and visitors through clerical and reception roles in the office.

- We will be in charge of ordering and inventory control, and help you get the things you need.
- Prepare and clean up for events and prepare flyers and letters.
- We will record entry and exit from the building, tally cards, and manage cleaning to ensure that residents are comfortable.
- They also handle phone calls and visitors. Some of the residents are foreign nationals, so they will be able to use their daily English conversation skills to help them.

On-the-job training (OJT) is also available to help you start your job with ease.

Hourly wage: 2,000 yen
<Example of monthly income>
2,000 yen per hour x 8 hours of work x 21 days of work per month → 336,000 yen per month
Traffic expense:provided
Overtime:Basically no overtime work.
Overtime work of approximately 10 hours per month may be required during events (ending around 9:00 p.m.).
