▼Job Responsibilities
▼Main Responsibilities
(1) Exterior wall repair work: Exterior wall repair inspection and survey, general substrate repair such as fall prevention repair
(2) Sealing: Replacing joints and seals on exterior walls
(3) Waterproofing: Rooftop and balcony floor repair work, water leakage repair work

▼Salary
¥12,000〜13,000/day (It depends on your performance)

▼Working Days and Hours
8:00～17:00 (It depends on the worksite)
*We take breaks at 10:00, 12:00, and 15:00
*Occasionally need to meet at the office at 6:30~7:30
*Can go(back) directly home

▼Holiday
Sundays/ National holidays/ Year-end and New Year's

For the first 3 month
*The salary for the period is ¥12,000
