Deburring work:
This work involves easily peeling off unnecessary parts of rubber products that come out of the machine by hand.
This is an easy task that can be tackled by anyone because it does not require any force.
Inspection work:
Inspects rubber products to make sure there are no scratches or dust on them.
This is an environment where you can concentrate on your work, so it is suitable for those who can devote themselves to the task.
There is a training period during which senior workers carefully teach the work so that even inexperienced workers can work with ease.

The period of employment is renewed every 2 to 3 months, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Working hours: <2 shift / 3 shift work system>
(1) 6:00-14:30/14:20-22:50 (2 shifts)
(2) 6:00-14:20/14:00-22:20/22:00-6:20 (3 shifts)
(3) 8:00-20:00/20:00-8:00 (2 shifts)
(8:00-16:50 during training period)

Appropriate benefits will be paid for overtime work.
