① IT Engineer
As an IT Engineer, you will turn ideas like “this could be more efficient” or “we could automate this” into real solutions through your own code.
Using Python and JavaScript, you’ll develop web systems and tools that improve the way our entire company operates.

② Equipment Maintenance Engineer
Join our team to ensure our production equipment runs safely and smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for inspection, repair, and improvement of machines, applying your expertise in electrical systems and control technology to prevent problems before they occur.
We welcome those who understand both mechanical systems and people — professionals who can strengthen the reliability of production by improving processes and systems.
③ Technical Sales / Marketing
In this role, you’ll listen to our customers, uncover the real issues behind their feedback, and work with internal teams to create better products and services.
You’ll collaborate with departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Production, driving the company forward from the customer’s perspective.
We’re looking for someone who values trust, honesty, and genuine communication — someone who can build strong relationships and make a real impact.
※ Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 (reading, writing, conversation, and business document drafting) is essential.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥220,000 ~ ¥330,000 + Allowances
* Salary offer will depend on position, experience, and skills.
* Separate conditions will be presented for those with no experience.
Allowances:
・Overtime pay
・Commuting allowance: up to ¥25,000/month based on distance
・Housing allowance: ¥10,000/month for heads of household, ¥5,000/month for others
・Family allowance: ¥10,000 for spouse, ¥5,000 for first child, ¥3,000 for second child
・Position allowance, special skill allowance, etc.
Other Benefits:
・Bonus: Twice a year

・Age 24 / Inspector (Team Leader): ¥253,000 (avg. 18 hours OT)
・Age 49 / Quality Control (Team Leader): ¥328,000 (avg. 18 hours OT)
・Age 44 / Adhesive Processing Team (Team Leader)/ Maintenance: ¥406,000 (avg. 32 hours OT)
・Age 31 / Digital Engineer (Senior): ¥390,000 (avg. 17 hours OT)
* Salary figures listed include allowances and overtime compensation

No fixed term of contract
▼Working Days and Hours
8:45-17:30 / Monday-Friday * Depends on company calendar
* There is a 60-minute break (with an additional 15-minute break for overtime work)

・Annual holidays: Approximately 120 days (based on company calendar)
・Long holidays (Golden Week, summer, year-end/New Year)

Probationary Period: 3 months from the date of employment

① Seki Plant 1: 19 Ota-cho, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
② Seki Plant 2: 33-1 Babaide, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
③ Kurachi R&D Center: 2511-1 Kurachi, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
④ Hidase Plant: 1757 Hidase, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
⑤ Tentoku Plant: 1-3-18 Tentoku-cho, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
⑥ Ose Plant: 1284-6 Ose Ichinomon, Seki City, Gifu Prefecture
