Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
1. Facility Maintenance
This role involves inspecting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure a safe and stable operation. Using your knowledge of electricity and control systems, you will prevent mechanical issues before they happen and enhance production reliability. We welcome those who can support the workplace through a deep understanding of both machinery and human workflows.
2. Development Engineer
In this role, you will evaluate and analyze the performance of adhesive products to define their true value. You will test for strength, durability, and environmental impact, then analyze the data to understand the underlying causes and mechanisms. Your findings will be fed back into the development and mass-production processes to improve product quality. Specialized knowledge or experience is not required; what matters most is your ability to think logically, ask "why" when looking at data, and tackle problems that have no simple answer.
3. IT Engineer
This role involves understanding internal operations and using your coding skills to implement ideas for efficiency and automation. You will develop web systems and tools using Python or JavaScript to improve company-wide processes. In an environment where ideas and execution are valued regardless of nationality or language, you can build your career while communicating in English.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥220,000 ~ ¥330,000 + Allowances
* Salary offer will depend on position, experience, and skills.
* Separate conditions will be presented for those with no experience.
Allowances:
・Overtime pay
・Commuting allowance: up to ¥25,000/month based on distance
・Housing allowance: ¥10,000/month for heads of household, ¥5,000/month for others
・Family allowance: ¥10,000 for spouse, ¥5,000 for first child, ¥3,000 for second child
・Position allowance, special skill allowance, etc.

・Age 24 / Inspector (Team Leader): ¥253,000 (avg. 18 hours OT)
・Age 49 / Quality Control (Team Leader): ¥328,000 (avg. 18 hours OT)
・Age 44 / Adhesive Processing Team (Team Leader)/ Maintenance: ¥406,000 (avg. 32 hours OT)
・Age 31 / Digital Engineer (Senior): ¥390,000 (avg. 17 hours OT)

8:45-17:30 / Monday-Friday * Depends on company calendar
* There is a 60-minute break (with an additional 15-minute break for overtime work)

・Long holidays (Golden Week, summer, year-end/New Year)
