<Automotive Parts / Drive Shaft Manufacturing>
Drive Shaft Assembly: Manual connection of parts followed by machine setup on semi-automatic assembly lines
Drive Shaft Processing: Inspection and machine adjustment for products from automated processing lines
Forging: Operation, inspection, measurement, and setup of press machines
※ Regular days off: Saturdays and Sundays (according to company calendar)
　Shift may change to 4 days on / 2 days off depending on production needs.

Hourly Wage: ¥1,430
Daily Average: ¥12,545
Monthly Income Example: ¥250,900 (based on 20 working days, no overtime)
With Overtime (20 hours): ¥286,660

【Shift System】
Two-shift rotation: 5 days on / 2 days off or 4 days on / 2 days off
Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:20 PM (8 hours of actual work / 50-minute break)
Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:20 AM (8 hours of actual work / 50-minute break)
※ Overtime work: Approximately 2 days per month

Overtime Estimate: 0–1.5 hours per day (approximately 10–20 hours per month)
