▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to strengthen the ground in order to build buildings safely.
Before building a house, apartment, factory, etc., the ground is examined and, if necessary, the soil is hardened or holes are dug and materials are added to ensure that the building can be built safely.

▼ Main work
Excavating soil (digging holes) on site
Assisting in consolidating the ground using specialized machinery
Transporting and preparing materials
Site cleanup and tidying up

Senior staff will teach you how to operate the machines, so even beginners can feel at ease!

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 220,000 yen to 400,000 yen

Driving allowance: 800 yen is paid for driving a car from the company to the work site.
