【Store Manager】
・Manage and operate the store.
・Support staff management, training, and development.
・Check sales and plan promotions as needed.
【Store Staff】
・Serve dishes to customers.
・Prepare food and deliver delicious meals to customers.
・Support daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
【Area Manager】
・Oversee multiple stores and check their operations.
・Provide staff guidance and improve working environments.
・Support marketing planning and contribute to the company’s growth.
▼Salary
・For university graduates, a monthly salary of 265,000 yen is provided, which includes 34,100 yen for 20 hours of fixed overtime.
・For junior college, vocational school, and technical college graduates, a monthly salary of 255,000 yen is provided, which includes 32,900 yen for 20 hours of fixed overtime.
・Overtime allowances and late-night work allowances are provided.
・Full commuting transportation expenses are covered.
・Bonuses are paid twice a year (June and December), and there are up to 12 opportunities per year for salary raises based on exams.
・Contract period is required.
