【Hall Staff】
Hall staff provide hospitality to customers inside the restaurant and contribute to creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere.
* Guide customers to their seats and take their orders.
* Serve delicious dishes and ensure customer satisfaction.
【Preparation and Nigiri Staff】
This is an important position responsible for delivering fresh sushi to customers.
* Select fresh fish and skillfully prepare nigiri at the counter.
* Respond quickly to orders and serve sushi to customers.
【Shari Team】
A crucial role that prepares shari, which determines the quality of the sushi.
* Cook rice and prepare it with the ideal temperature and seasoning.
* Measure the proper amount of shari and prepare it for making nigiri.
【Rolls and Gunkan】
A position responsible for creating beautiful and delicious rolls and gunkan sushi.
* Create creative rolls and gunkan items and serve them to customers.
* Work efficiently with other staff and respond to orders.

▼Salary
The salary is paid on a monthly basis, with a base salary starting from 276,000 yen.
Average overtime is around 20 hours per month, and 39,900 yen is included as a fixed overtime allowance.
If overtime exceeds the fixed hours, the additional portion is paid with the appropriate premium rate.
Various allowances are also provided, offering a well-structured compensation system.
Bonuses are paid twice a year, in June and December, and there is also the possibility of an annual salary increase.

There is an average of about 20 hours of overtime per month.
A fixed overtime allowance is included in the salary to cover the expected overtime hours, but any hours exceeding the fixed amount will be paid with additional premium wages.

For new graduates, a one-year training program is provided from April to March.
For mid-career employees, a one-year training program begins in the month of joining or the following month.
There is also a “Hanasaki School” program for mid-career hires, where training is conducted alongside on-the-job practice at the store.
There is no mention of a probation period.
