▼Job Responsibilities
After joining the company, you will be assigned to each restaurant. You will start by learning the basics of customer service and cooking operations.
There are many things to learn as the first step in the food business, such as how to greet customers, menu items, how to guide customers, and how to take orders.
If you are willing to learn, you will be able to master all aspects of the business in a year.
While learning daily operations, please observe the work and movements of the store manager as the person in charge of the front line, and gradually learn not only customer service and cooking, but also store operation and management.
▼Salary
The monthly salary ranges from 261,000 yen to 271,000 yen. The basic salary ranges from 238,100 yen to 247,200 yen, including a fixed allowance. Salary payment day is on the 15th of every month. There are 12 opportunities for a pay raise per year, and a bonus is paid twice a year (a minimum of 2.2 months' worth of basic salary at the lowest grade). As for overtime allowance, a fixed overtime pay of 22,900 yen (for 13 hours) to 23,800 yen is provided, and if the work exceeds the fixed overtime pay equivalent hours, additional payment will be made. Commuting allowance is fully provided. Although there is no company dormitory, there is a housing loan system, with housing assistance and moving assistance available. Specifically, in the North Kanto area, the personal burden is 20,000 yen, and in other areas, it is 30,000 yen, with the assistance period being 3 years.

The contract period is set for 1 year. There is a renewal for the contract, but the total maximum contract period is 5 years.
