Hall Staff
Receiving and guiding customers when they arrive at the restaurant
Taking orders and serving drinks and food to customers
Performing accounting duties at the cash register

Kitchen staff
Responsible for cleaning and washing dishes
Cutting vegetables and preparing food
In charge of cooking such as boiling, baking and frying

Monthly salary from 290,000 yen to 350,000 yen
*For those with no experience in the restaurant industry, separate conditions will be provided at the interview.

Salary is based on age and experience
Overtime and late-night allowances provided
Bonuses are paid twice a year, once in the first year
Incentives are paid three times a year
Salary increase assessment once a year (July)

*Example of model annual salary
General employee: 3.3 million yen to 4.5 million yen per year
Store manager position: 4.5 million yen to 6 million yen per year
SV position: 6,000,000 to 6,500,000 yen per year

There is no seniority system. Depending on motivation, even those in their 20s can become managers!
Those who do not wish to become managers can also aim to become super store managers.
