▼Job Responsibilities
【Sales Staff】 Propose kimono as fashion to customers and handle sales. This role values building lasting relationships with customers—not just a one-time sale, but connections spanning years or even decades. - Recommend and sell kimono to customers in stores and at events.
- Promote outings in kimono and kimono dressing classes. - Support customers in enjoying kimono. - Develop skills through training sessions and certification programs. ※ We are seeking candidates who can write Japanese characters, as the role includes composing thank-you letters to customers. (We also welcome those looking to improve their Japanese or enhance their ability to write while looking up characters!)

【Working Hours】 Actual working hours: Maximum 8 hours per day Daily schedule: 6 hours of work / 1 hour break (7-hour shift) Shift examples: Early shift: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM Late shift: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
