【Melting, Breaking, Cutting, and Pouring Process】
Responsible for melting scrap iron in the melting furnace, blending metals, and pouring the mixture into sand molds.


【Molding Process and Other】
Shape sand molds and perform necessary preparations to solidify the product.


【Inspection and Deburring】
Inspect finished products and remove unnecessary parts.

① Melting, breaking, cutting, and pouring processes
Hourly wage: ¥1,600–¥2,000
Monthly income: ¥360,000 or more possible

② Molding processes and other tasks
Hourly wage: ¥1,500–¥1,875
Monthly income: ¥338,000 or more possible

③ Inspection and deburring
Hourly wage: ¥1,400–¥1,750
Monthly Income: ¥305,000 or more possible

【Working Hours】
Day shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Night shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Shift work system applies.

The company operates a two-day weekend system, with Saturdays and Sundays generally off.
