Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Restaurant staff
 Kitchen: You will be responsible for serving customers who come to watch sumo, taking orders, and handling payments.
 Dining Room: You will be responsible for preparing the dishes ordered by customers (including preparing chanko nabe).
 In addition, we ask that you serve as the MC for the sumo show and help with cleaning and tidying up.

Sample Daily Schedule
Matinee

11:30 AM – Morning meeting and opening preparations
We’ll share the schedule for today’s show and information about the guests who will be visiting with the team.
12:00 PM – Guest Check-in
We provide service to customers in both the dining area and the kitchen (as a kitchen assistant). (You may be assigned to either role.)
1:00 PM – Show begins
Anyone capable of serving as an MC will be in charge of running the show.
2:00 PM – Clean up and prepare for the next session
Once the lunch service is over, we all work together to clean up the dishwashing area and the dining room. After that, we set up the restaurant and prep ingredients for the next service.
3:00–4:00 p.m. 1-hour break

Evening Session

4:00 PM – Cleaning and venue setup
4:30 PM – Morning Assembly
5:00 PM – Guest arrives
7:00 PM – Clean up (prepare for the next shift)

Available only on Thursdays and Saturdays—we also have an evening session (3rd session)!

7:00 PM – Cleaning and venue setup
8:00 PM – Guest arrives
9:30 PM – Tidying up and cleaning
10:30 p.m. – End of shift

Hourly wage (varies depending on the position)

Dining Room & Kitchen:
1,250–2,000 yen
(Subject to change based on experience and qualifications)

1-month training period: 1,180 yen

Rest:
For shifts of 6 hours or more: 45 minutes
