Work involves welding parts for special vehicles.
This is not an assembly line job.

Welding accessories for tanker trucks (aluminum plates)
Experience with TIG or MIG welding required
Assembling parts and welding accessories such as ladders and pipes
▼Salary
Hourly Wage: ¥2,050 / hour
Overtime Pay: ¥2,563 / hour
Holiday Work Pay: ¥2,563 / hour
Transportation Allowance: Up to ¥12,827 / month
Training Allowance: ¥2,050 / hour (when training is conducted at our training facility)
Estimated Monthly Salary
Base Salary: ¥2,050 × 160 hours = ¥328,000
Overtime: ¥2,563 × 30 hours = ¥76,890
① Total: ¥404,890
Estimated Social Insurance Deductions (from ¥404,890)
Health Insurance: ¥18,620
Pension Insurance: ¥34,770
Employment Insurance: ¥2,227
Nursing Care Insurance: ¥3,040 (applicable for ages 40 and above)
② Total: ¥58,657
Estimated Take-Home (① − ②): ¥346,233
Income tax will also be deducted from the above amount.
Salary Payment:
Salary is calculated at the end of each month and paid by bank transfer on the 15th of the following month
(If the 15th falls on a bank holiday, payment will be made on the previous business day).
