▼Job Responsibilities
【Convenience Store Product Sorting & Picking】 This job involves sorting and picking products sold at convenience stores. The work is simple and includes the following tasks: ・Scan the barcodes on products with a scanner. ・Take the specified number of items from the lit shelf and turn off the lamp. ・Sort and organize products by delivery route.

The products handled are everyday items like pudding, yogurt, and rice balls, with nothing heavy. No experience is necessary, so you can start with confidence. The work is straightforward and not difficult, and many people thrive in this role. You can earn a solid income with a high hourly wage, and the relaxed start time of 1:00 PM makes it ideal for those who struggle with mornings. Break rooms and changing rooms are fully equipped, providing a comfortable working environment.

▼Salary
The special hourly wage is ¥1,500 for up to the first two months of the initial contract, after which the regular hourly wage will be ¥1,350.
Work exceeding 8 actual working hours and work between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM will be paid at a 25% premium, resulting in an hourly wage of ¥1,688 to ¥1,875.
Transportation expenses are provided in accordance with company regulations, with a monthly maximum of ¥30,000.

▼Contract Period
The contract period is long-term, but short-term trial work is also available.
Contract renewal will be determined based on the worker’s performance and attitude, work progress, and the business conditions of the workplace. There are no uniform limits on the number of renewals or the total contract period.
