【Care Staff】
- Assist residents with bathing and meals to support their daily lives.
- Plan fun monthly recreational activities. Unique events like "flowing noodles" and "pop-up izakaya" have been successfully held!
We use the latest equipment, so there is very little physical labor involved.
We value a caring, empathetic approach and staying close to each resident’s needs.
