【Nursing Care Staff at Special Nursing Homes】
- Assisting residents with meals
- Supporting comfortable bathing
- Toilet assistance
- Planning and running enjoyable recreational activities

Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications held.
Includes a compensation improvement allowance and night shift allowance (¥10,000 × 4 times).
Transportation expenses are paid separately according to company policy.

【Working Hours】
07:00–16:00
08:30–17:30
11:00–20:00
17:00–10:00 the following day
【Break Time】 Break time is included within the working hours, so it is covered within each shift.
【Minimum Working Hours】 8 hours
【Minimum Working Days】 5 days
▼Overtime Details
The average monthly overtime hours are approximately 3 hours.
