【Amusement Facility Staff】
This position involves providing customers with an enjoyable and memorable experience. We are looking for individuals who can interact with customers in a bright and energetic manner.
* Manage front desk operations and handle customer reception and guidance.
* Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers.
* Operate karaoke equipment and manage facilities.
* Clean the premises and maintain a sanitary environment.
* Support part-time staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist customers from overseas and help them enjoy their visit comfortably.
【Store Manager Candidate】
You will oversee the entire store and aim to create an even better establishment. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership.
* Handle staff recruitment, training, and team management.
* Conduct market research on competitors and the local area to improve store performance.
* Engage in corporate sales activities to expand business opportunities.
* Set sales targets and profit plans, and execute strategies to achieve them.
Through these responsibilities, you can grow and aim to become an expert in store management.
▼Salary
The monthly salary is ¥255,000, and overtime pay is provided at 100%. Salary increases are implemented once a year (April), and bonuses are paid twice a year (April and October). As this is a position for a store manager candidate, the estimated amount includes position and sales allowances. The sales (position) allowance ranges from ¥10,000 to ¥125,000. Transportation expenses are fully covered.

【Working Hours】
Shift-based system under a one-month variable working hours system, averaging 8 hours per day. Example shifts include 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, and 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Working hours may vary depending on the store.

▼Overtime Details
There is an average of 40 hours of overtime per month. Overtime pay is provided at 100% based on actual hours worked for employees other than managers.
