Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
◆Installation Work
This job involves installing elevators in a wide range of locations, including office buildings, apartments, train stations, airports, and theme parks.
Each project typically takes about 2 weeks to 1.5 months. Once you gain experience and can work independently, a company vehicle will be provided. After that, you will often handle projects on your own.
◆Maintenance Work
Regular inspections are performed to ensure elevators can be used safely. Repairs are also carried out when malfunctions or problems occur.
- During scheduled inspections, you will disassemble parts of the elevator, check components, and perform maintenance.
- When a breakdown or issue occurs, you will identify the problem, carry out repairs, and restore the elevator to proper working condition.
【A Typical Workday】
8:00 a.m. : Work begins
10:00 a.m. : Break (30 minutes)
10:30 a.m. : Work resumes
12:00 p.m. : Break (60 minutes)
3:00 p.m. : Break (30 minutes)
4:50 p.m. : Cleanup
5:00 p.m. : End of work
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 and up
Annual salary increases occur once a year, with bonuses paid twice a year. Commuting expenses are reimbursed up to ¥23,000 per month.
