【Care Staff】
As A Care Staff Member, You Will Support Service Users In Their Daily Lives.
Specifically, You Will Be Responsible For The Following Duties:
* Physical Care: Assist With Meals, Bathing, And Mobility.
* Daily Living Support: Help Service Users Live Comfortably By Supporting Tasks Such As Cleaning, Laundry, And Shopping.
* Observation And Reporting: Observe The Physical Condition And Overall State Of Service Users And Report To The Team As Needed.
* Emotional Support: Provide Emotional Care Through Communication With Service Users.

▼Salary
* The Monthly Salary Ranges From ¥320,000 To ¥370,000 And Is Determined Based On Experience And Ability.
* The Base Salary Is ¥230,000.
* The Treatment Improvement Allowance Ranges From ¥60,000 To ¥110,000.
* A Night Shift Allowance Of ¥6,000 Or More Per Shift Is Paid As Additional Wages, And With An Average Of 5 Night Shifts Per Month, An Additional ¥30,000 Is Added.
* If There Are No Night Shifts, The Monthly Salary Will Be ¥290,000 To ¥340,000.
* Overtime Pay Is Paid Separately, But In Principle There Is Very Little Overtime, And You Can Usually Finish Work On Time.
* Bonuses Are Paid Twice A Year, And Last Year’s Actual Performance Was A Total Of More Than ¥580,000 For Two Payments Per Year.
* Salary Increases Are Given Twice A Year (In April And October), And There Have Been Cases Of Salary Increases Of ¥30,000 To ¥50,000 Per Raise.
* During The Probation Period, The Salary Is Reduced By ¥15,000.
* Transportation Expenses Are Paid Up To ¥40,000 Per Month According To Company Regulations.
* A Special Duty Allowance Of ¥3,000 Per Shift Is Paid For Working During The Year-End And New Year Holidays.

The Probation Period Varies Depending On Your Joining Date. If You Join On The 1st Of The Month, The Probation Period Will Be 6 Months. If You Join On The 16th Of The Month, It Will Be 6.5 Months. During The Probation Period, Your Salary Will Be Reduced By ¥15,000.
