【Care Workers and Caregivers】
This job involves caring for elderly residents at a nursing home. You can use your kindness and compassion to help residents spend the night safely and comfortably.
・Assist residents with meals and personal care
・Monitor residents during the night and provide support when needed
・Help residents get ready for bed and wake up in the morning
・Record daily work and cooperate with team members

▼Salary
・Daily wage: ¥24,500–¥28,000
・Includes a night shift allowance of ¥3,500
・Overtime pay is provided separately
・Full transportation reimbursement available
・Pay is determined based on qualifications, experience, and shift details
▼Contract Period
The employment period ranges from short-term (up to 2 months) to long-term (3 months or more), and we are open to discussing terms for contracts of 2 months or longer. There is also a possibility of renewal.

▼Work Location
The workplace is a special nursing home for the elderly in Tomuro, Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The nearest station is Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line; it’s a 10-minute bus ride from there, and the nearest bus stop is “Anritsu-mae.”
There are frequent bus services, and commuting by car or motorcycle is also possible.
