We are a construction company specializing in the construction of "Toyoko Inn" business hotels.
When constructing a Toyoko Inn hotel, we ask that you perform "fire-resistant coating" work to ensure the building is fire-resistant.
("Fireproof coating" refers to the process of using machinery to spray a special material onto walls and columns.)
◾️Specific Job Responsibilities
・Construction and support work for fireproof coating projects
・Spray application
・Transportation of materials and general light duties
*I travel throughout Japan for work.
*During periods when there is no on-site work, you will be assigned to light-duty tasks such as manufacturing aluminum panels at the Keihin Island Manufacturing Research Center.

Monthly salary: 280,000 yen
・Pay raises: Once a year
・Bonuses: Twice a year (Last year’s total: 3.5 months’ worth)
