▼Job Responsibilities
【Kitchen Staff】
As a kitchen staff member, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
* Cooking dishes to be served to customers.
* Managing the stock of ingredients and ordering items when needed.
【Hall Staff】
As a hall staff member, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
* Providing customer service.
* Cleaning the restaurant and keeping the workplace clean at all times.
After joining the company, you will first gain experience in these basic tasks.
Then, you will learn skills such as inventory management and shift scheduling.
After that, you can aim for career growth as a leader, assistant store manager, or store manager.
Foreign staff are also working successfully as store managers, so people from diverse backgrounds are welcome.
▼Salary
Base salary: ¥208,500 per month.
This includes a fixed overtime allowance of ¥24,529 for 16 hours.
Commuting allowance is provided up to ¥30,000 per month.
Bonuses are paid twice a year, and salary raises are given once a year.
Position allowance and single assignment allowance are available.
Car and motorcycle commuting are possible, and parking is available.
Meals from the restaurant menu are provided during work.
A partial personal payment may be required in some cases.
