【Front Staff】

Assist guests at the hotel front desk to ensure a comfortable stay.
The specific job responsibilities are as follows:

- Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage accommodation reservations from the internet and accurately input data into the computer.
- Provide information about the facilities at the front counter and answer guests' questions.

【Team Leader】

Support staff and help facilitate smooth hotel operations.
The specific job responsibilities are as follows:

- Guide and observe staff work habits, and provide advice.
- Manage shifts and establish an efficient working system.
- Support operational improvements and aim for the overall enhancement of the team.
【Front Desk Staff】

At the hotel front desk, you will support guests so they can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Main duties include:

* Handling check-in and check-out procedures.
* Managing online accommodation reservations and entering data accurately into the computer.
* Providing hotel information to guests at the front counter and answering their questions.

【Team Leader】

This role supports staff and helps ensure smooth hotel operations.

Main duties include:

* Guiding staff, monitoring their work, and giving advice.
* Managing staff shifts and creating an efficient work schedule.
* Supporting work improvements and helping the whole team grow.

【Hotel Manager】

This role is involved in overall hotel operations and provides the best service to guests.

Main duties include:

* Managing hotel operations and sales.
* Training staff and creating an environment where employees can grow.
* Responding to guest requests and helping improve their stay.

【General Manager】

This role makes management decisions and leads the operations of multiple hotels or departments.

Main duties include:

* Overseeing the operations of multiple hotels or departments.
* Supporting management decisions and promoting overall hotel growth.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: ¥259,500.

This includes a fixed overtime allowance of ¥78,750 for 45 hours.

In addition, late-night allowance is paid according to the law.

A monthly incentive system based on sales is also available.
