▼Job Responsibilities
【Traffic Control Security Staff】
This job involves communicating with staff members while safely directing the flow of pedestrians and vehicles on roads, parking lots, and construction sites.
You will also greet local residents and help maintain a safe environment in the community.
▼Salary
【Daily Wage】
¥11,000 + ¥1,000 transportation allowance
If your transportation expenses exceed ¥1,000 per day, the remaining amount will be reimbursed later after confirming your transportation IC card travel history.
【Sample Monthly Salary (based on working 20–22 days per month)】
¥231,000–¥252,000
＊Special seasonal allowances available in summer and winter
＊Heatstroke prevention allowance available
▼Contract Period
The contract is automatically renewed at the end of March each year.
▼Working Days and Hours
【Example Working Hours】
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
▼Overtime Details
About once a month (approximately 1 hour per month)

Varies depending on the shift schedule
Sundays and public holidays are often days off.

There is a total of 20 hours of mandatory training provided by law (¥28,000 will be paid for the training).
