Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will mainly be guiding vehicles and passersby at construction sites.
This work involves preventing injuries and accidents so that vehicles and passersby can pass safely.
Our senior security guards will carefully instruct you, so please do not worry even if you have no experience!
▼Salary
Day shift Daily wage: 9,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation = 10,000 yen
Night shift Daily wage: 9,000 yen + transportation expenses 1,000 yen + late-night allowance (late-night allowance paid varies depending on working hours) = 10,000 yen + late-night allowance
Example of night shift and late-night allowance
a) Late night allowance for working from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.: 2,188 yen (for 7 hours)
b) Late night allowance for working from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.: 1,563 yen (for 5 hours)
If you work more than 8 hours a day: overtime allowance: 1,562 yen/hour
If you work on a holiday: holiday pay: 1,687 yen/hour

Basic contract of six months (with renewal)

Five days a week (Monday through Friday)

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work in excess of 8 hours per day is paid at a 25% premium (overtime: 1,406 yen per hour).

As a rule, Sundays are vacations.
If you work on a holiday, you will receive 35% extra holiday pay (1,518 yen/hour).

Four days of training will be provided from the start of employment.
