【Care Staff】
This job involves supporting the daily lives of residents.

- Prepare and assist with meals.
- Help with laundry, such as hanging and folding clothes.
- Assist residents with bathing and toileting.
- Clean and maintain the facility.
※ Duties may vary slightly depending on the facility.
※ If you have not completed the “Basic Dementia Care Training,” you will be asked to obtain it after joining the company.

【Day Shift】
- Certified Care Worker: ¥1,231 per hour (Kanagawa) / ¥1,233 per hour (Tokyo)
- Those who have completed the Practical Training Course or the Initial Training Course, and those without certification: ¥1,225 per hour (Kanagawa) / ¥1,226 per hour (Tokyo)
- An additional ¥30 per hour is provided for weekend and holiday shifts
- Night shift allowance of ¥4,500 to ¥6,000 per shift provided
